型节能环保型静电分离机（又名高压静电分选机）是本厂和北京大学、中国矿业大学、中国静电协会等多家大专院校及科研单位合作，在不断吸收国内外各种分选技术的基础上开发的节能环保型静电分选机。通过多年的实践与理论分析，获得的最佳分选效果，分选后的杂质可小于 1% ，即分选效果最高可达 99.9% ，并且属于完全物理分离，分离后各种材料的性质都不改变，不影响再生利用。该装置首先电晕放电发生装置使周围空气层产生电离，然后利用电容率的不同从粉碎物料中分离出金属和塑料（导体和非导体）。
新装置的优点在于无需用化学药品来溶化废弃物，因此不会对环境产生污染。它能够把废弃物中 99% 以上的金、铜、铝等金属与塑料分离开。
另外针静电分离对废旧电路覆铜板的分离纯度高而产量比较小，我公司开发的多滚筒静电分离机和根据粉碎后的电路板中铜粉与环氧树脂粉的密度比重差距比较大的原理研制的废旧电路板气流分选机解决了分离产量问题。

Hua County Daokou Big Dipper Electrostatic Separation Facility Factory is one of few enterprises recycling of renewable resources. The equipments used for the separation of scrap aluminum and plastic include: the separation equipments used for separating APCP(Aluminium-plastic Composite Panel), the bottle cap of Wahaha, aluminum-plastic pipe, packaging of tablets and other leftover materials; copper-plastic separation equipments include: the separation equipments used for separating scrap wire, cable, waste printed circuit boards, copper clad laminate and leftover materials, circuit board drilling powder, copper plastic pipe etc. There are some other separation equipments used for separating conductors and non-conductors such as the high-tension electrostatic separation, the decarbonization of fly ash, separation of plastic and sands and separation of tea leaves and tea stems.
The energy-saving and environmentally friendly HL type electrostatic separator (alias: high-pressure electrostatic sorting machine) is developed through the cooperation of our factory and many domestic institutions and research units such as Peking University, China University of Mining and Electrostatic Association of China etc. on the basis of constantly absorbing domestic and foreign various separation techniques. Through years of practice and theoretical analysis, we obtain the best separation result and the impurity after separation is smaller than 1% and the best result can reach 99.9%. It belongs to complete physical separation after which, the property of various separated materials does not change, so it does not affect recycling. First the separator corona discharge generating device produces ionize in the surrounding air layer, and then metal and plastic (conductors and non-conductors) are separated from the crushed materials by the different permittivity.
The advantages of new device lie in that it needs not to use chemicals to dissolve wastes thus there's no pollution produced to environment. It is able to separate the plastics from metals such as gold, copper, aluminium etc. which account for over 99% of the wastes.
In addition, the electrostatic separation can separate the waste circuit copper clad laminates with higher purity, but the output is lower. The problem of production separation has been solved by the multi-drum electrostatic separator and waste circuit board air separator developed by our company, and the latter is made according to the principle that the difference of density ratio between copper powder and epoxy powder in the circuit board after smashed is greater.
